Professional Background

I am a qualified and registered psychotherapist, supervisor and trainer with over 25 years' experience. I work with individuals, couples and groups in private practice, offering psychotherapy, supervision, consultancy and reflective practice.

My professional background spans the NHS, social care and the voluntary sector. I worked for many years as a psychotherapist in the NHS and have extensive experience supporting people with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including within forensic services. Alongside my clinical work, I have provided supervision, staff support and organisational consultancy across health, social care and other professional settings.

Training and qualifications:

I am qualified as a Group Analytic Psychotherapist, as well as an Accredited Supervisor.

I am a member of Group Analysis South West and a clinical member of the Institute of Group Analysis.

I am validated as a Training Group Analyst. This means I can offer therapy to those training to become Group Analysts themselves.

I have successfully completed a Diploma in Reflective Organisational Practice at the Institute of Group Analysis.

I am accredited as a Balint Group Leader with the Balint Society.

I am an accredited supervisor and member of BAPPS
